Research Project undertaken: “The role of youth in the construction of the European Identity “(120 pages) which consisted of an empirical study with the most important European Non Governmental Youth Organizations.

2000 Organiser of the International Round Table, “The Decentralization in Comparative Perspective”, in collaboration with the Assembly of European Regions (ARE), which took place in Braga, at the University of Minho, on the 15th and 16th of June 2000. A wide range of specialists, politics and academics from Portugal, Scotland, Wales and France came to this round table: Professor Louglhin (Cardiff University), Hans de Belder (ARE), Caroline Roy (French Government), George Calder (Scottish Executive), Joseph Gallacher (Wales European Centre in Bruxelles) among others.
